2025 Recap & Impact Report: A Year of Growth, Connection, and Empowerment

Surf Mentorship Program: Empowering Girls in and Out of the Water

Our Surf Mentorship Program continued to be a space where girls can grow, take risks, and build confidence. In 2025, we reached 45 girls, giving them one-on-one mentorship, lessons in environmental stewardship, and opportunities to connect with peers and role models. Beyond surfing skills, participants developed self-confidence, body awareness, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the beach.

Community and Collaboration

This year, we strengthened partnerships with organizations that share our values, bringing our programs to new locations and expanding the support network for girls and young women. From community meetups to collaborative workshops, we focused on creating spaces where participants feel safe, inspired, and empowered.

Not every young woman lives near the ocean, and empowerment shouldn’t depend on location. That’s why we’ve been laying the groundwork for programs that reach inland, including our upcoming Skate Mentorship Program. These new initiatives ensure that more girls can access mentorship, confidence-building, and community — wherever they live.
